Napapp Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Napapp mobile application (the "App"), operated by Vijo Marketing Corp., a Canadian federal corporation ("Vijo," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Who can use Napapp
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the App. Napapp is intended for parents and caregivers tracking a baby's sleep.
2. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including caregivers you invite to your family/household.

Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Family sharing
Napapp lets you invite other parents or caregivers to share a baby's account. When you invite someone, you authorize them to view and contribute to the shared baby's data. Only invite people you trust. You can remove members or leave a household at any time.
4. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features ("Pro") require a paid subscription. Pricing and options are shown in the App before purchase.

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Google Play account settings.

If your family shares Pro, paid benefits may extend to other members of your household while the subscription is active.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by the applicable app store.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

Upload content that infringes others' rights or that is harmful or abusive.
6. Not medical advice
The insights, comparisons, trends, and recommendations generated by Napapp are produced by automated, rule-based analysis of the data you enter, compared against general, published pediatric sleep ranges and guidelines (such as those published by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the United Kingdom's National Health Service (NHS)). These ranges are population-level references and may not reflect the needs of any individual child.
Napapp is an informational and educational tool only. Its content is by no means medical advice, a medical opinion, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care. No doctor–patient or other professional relationship is created by your use of the App.
We strongly advise you to consult a licensed pediatrician or other qualified healthcare professional, and to seek medical advice through the appropriate channels, regarding any questions or concerns about your child's health, sleep, development, or wellbeing. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read or saw in the App. If you believe your child may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.
You acknowledge that you use the App and any guidance it provides entirely at your own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vijo Marketing Corp. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the App's insights. This limitation is in addition to, and does not limit, the further limitations in Section 9 (Limitation of liability).
7. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, text, and software, is owned by Vijo Marketing Corp. and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. The data you enter remains yours.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vijo Marketing Corp. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account (see How to delete your data). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the App and its users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
