Napapp (operated by Vijo Marketing Corp.) lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. You don't need to contact us — you can do it yourself in the App.
 
Delete your account in the App

1. Open Napapp and go to the Settings tab.

2. Scroll to Danger zone.

3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

 
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your login, your caregiver profile, your children's profiles, and all sleep logs you created. This action is immediate and cannot be undone. Backups and diagnostic logs may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.
Note on family sharing: if you share a baby with other caregivers, removing your account may affect the shared baby's records. You can instead leave a family from Settings without deleting your account.

Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
