Informational and educational purpose only

Napapp is an informational and educational tool that helps parents and caregivers log and understand their baby's sleep. The insights, comparisons, trends, tips, and recommendations the App produces are generated by automated, rule-based analysis of the data you enter, compared against general, published pediatric sleep ranges and guidance (including guidance from bodies such as the AASM/AAP, NHS, and the National Sleep Foundation). These ranges are population-level references. They are general information and may not reflect the needs of any individual child.

Not medical advice

The App and everything in it are by no means medical advice, a medical opinion, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and are not a substitute for professional medical care. Napapp does not practice medicine, does not provide healthcare services, and is not a healthcare provider. No doctor–patient or other professional relationship is created by your use of the App.

Always consult a professional

We strongly advise you to consult a licensed pediatrician or other qualified healthcare professional regarding any questions or concerns about your child's health, sleep, development, feeding, or wellbeing, and before making any decision or taking any action based on the App. Never disregard, avoid, or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read or saw in the App.

In a medical emergency, do not use the App — contact your doctor or your local emergency services immediately.

Safe sleep

Napapp does not set your baby's sleep environment or routine for you. Follow the safe-sleep guidance of your pediatrician and recognized authorities (such as the AAP). The App's tips and insights never override that guidance.

Individual results and assumption of risk

Every child is different. We make no representation or warranty that the App's information is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your child, or that following it will produce any particular result. You use the App, and any guidance it provides, entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vijo Marketing Corp. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the App's insights or content. This limitation is in addition to, and does not limit, the limitations in Sections 8 and 9 of our Terms of Service.

Changes to this disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where material, ask you to re-accept it in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated disclaimer.
